Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for membership or registration for any event or program will not be accepted after payment has been made.
No refunds will be provided for any membership fees, renewal fees, or any fees paid for certificates issued by the Association. All fees paid are non-refundable, and by paying the fees, you agree to this policy.
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or registered mail. No refunds will be provided for any membership fees, renewal fees, or any other fees paid for membership.
The Association does not offer any refunds for fees paid for certificates issued by the Association. Once the payment has been made, the fees are non-refundable.
The Association reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, program, or training at any time without notice. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the Association will provide the option to transfer registration to a future event, program, or training or receive a credit note for the amount paid, which can be applied to future events, programs, or training.
